Awkward at first as you can see into the apartments across the street, it has great views of the mountain. Breathtaking! We waited on the sidewalk with our luggage for almost 2 hours before finally giving up and looking for help. We found a coffee shop with wifi and a person there who spoke english offered to help us find new accommodations. We felt we got scammed and we weren't sure if and when we would be able to find other arrangements. Eventually we got a hold of the management company who was unsympathetic and offered no apology. Their only responsible was that we couldn't cancel and wouldn't be receiving a refund. After the way we were treated there was no way we were going to deal with them anymore. In der Küche stand ein kleines Paket mit Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs und Müllbeutel, so mussten wir nix mehr dazu kaufen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und die betten sehr bequem.
