This apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers direct access to a communal terrace and pool, which will undoubtedly increase the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. In addition, you have the option of private parking for €20 per day for greater convenience. The closest metro stations to this building are Joanic, Diagonal and Fontana, which makes it easy to access Barcelona's points of interest. The Apartment with Pool and Terrace in the Center for 10 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 3 double rooms with a double bed and 8 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). \-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. \-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
