Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand is fußläufig entfernt. Die nächste Metrostation ist um die Ecke. Das Bario Gotico ist 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann auch die Metro nehmen. Ein Parkplatz kann im Parkhaus am Strand gemietet werden. Ein grosser Supermarkt liegt auf halben Weg zum Strand.
