Wir hatten am ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser, darauf wurde sofort jemand geschickt und es wurde behoben. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung ist leider sehr verwohnt und abgenutzt. Teilweise aufgequollene Türzargen. Duschen und Fugen teilweise schwarz. Küche klebrig und nicht sauber. Das Elternschlafzimmer war in Ordnung, die Zimmer der Kinder soweit auch. Schade, riesen Baustelle, sehr laut, genau vor dem Haus. Daneben eine vielbefahrene Hauptstraße. Sonst eine zweckmäßige FeWo. Könnte alles etwas sauberer sein, besonders der Fußboden. Leider auf den zweiten Blick nicht ganz unserer Anspruch. Wasserkocher hat einen Kurzschluss verursacht, Staubsauger funktioniert erst gar nicht, usw., usw.! Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung? Kein Radio?
