It is located on the attic floor of a building and has elevator. There is also a private parking which is possible to rent for 30 euros per day. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3). Apartment with Private Terrace Park Güell for 6 is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into three levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the second level. The first level is a calmer part. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two rooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath. On the third level you can find a large terrace where you can relax, have a drink, it is ideal for romantic evenings. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). \-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. \-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. \-: Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item.
