### ART HOUSE FLORIDABLANCA APARTMENT

Description English:  
The apartment is in the neighborhood of "Sant Antoni" a very trendy area in Barcelona, with many bars and very nice restaurants.  
Commercial establishments such as bakeries, supermarkets, gourmet food stores are nearby. The owner resides very close to the area so he will be available to assist with any concern you might arise besides any inconveniences.   
Five minutes' walk from the apartment there is the well-known Plaza España where you can find the stunning shopping center "Las ARENAS" that used to be a Bullfighting arena. The Magic Fountain of Montjuic is a must see while you are around the area. You could also explore the Park "L'Escorxador" which is just 7 minutes away.  
This bright apartment is on 6th floor with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathroms with shower, full equiped kitchen. Large balcony. My apartment is perfect for big groups, families with children or business travelers.
