The space Welcome to this bright and comfortable apartment in Barcelona, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 64 m² of well-designed living space. Located in a building with a lift, the apartment ensures easy access and convenience. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy a cozy atmosphere with central heating, and keep cool with air conditioning throughout the apartment. Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR. \- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros \- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
