This beautifully renovated apartment has 89 m². The building has a lift and, inside the flat, you will find many facilities such as internet access (wifi), hairdryer, iron, balcony, electric heating radiators, air conditioning and 1 Tv. The open plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
At the epicenter of this neighborhood, we can find an architectural wonder that attracts more than 4 million people per year: la Sagrada Familia. The own architect guessed it: "people from all over the world will come to see what we are doing", and one century later more than 12.000 tourists each day come and visit the Sagrada Familia, which makes it the sixth most visited monument in the world, according to the travel ranking of Tripadvisor.
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Perfect location just minutes from the Sagrada La Familia. We were able to walk to most sites, many restaurants/cafes, and grocery stores. The beds are not queen as they are advertised. In the US these would be a full-size bed. They also advertise as having a washer and a dryer, which was a priority for us. You will still need to use a laundromat to dry your clothes. The first coffee maker didn't work, yet they were able to quickly replace with another. Unfortunately, for us we do not drink espresso. The machine didn't make a full cup of coffee. We improvised, by making a double espresso and adding hot water. The second bathroom is v small, so we only used the toilet, not the shower. The shower in the larger bathroom leaks all over the floor. We ended up having to wash towels to keep up with the leaks. All in all, we did enjoy the apartment, yet would probably chose another property in this location.
