Welcome to this 110 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located just one block away from Sagrada Familia. Barcelona’s Eixample district is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:
Sagrada Família is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its name comes from the church of the Sagrada Família, work of Antoni Gaudí, which can be found in the center of the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Sagrada Familia (Lines 2 & 5).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

This apartment is very near the Sagrada Familia with all its beauty and tourists. We had trouble getting into the apartment because of a problem with the WI fi. It was a bit of a challenge communicating as my spanish is very basic. They did send someone out to open the door and the apartment is large. The air conditioning is in the hallway so the bedroom doors had to be left open at time to stay cool. This unit has an enjoyable patio, great for breakfast.
Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in August (kids are ages 9 and 11). I think 4 people is the max that could comfortably stay in the apartment
Highlights: location, air conditioning (a must if you're staying in the city in the summer!), easy checkin and virtual keys system, washing machine, plenty of toilet paper, the kitchen kit was great - dish soap, sponge, extra trash bag)
A bit bare-bones (only a top sheet on the beds, wifi was not working great which is surprising for being in a major city, no kitchen towels, no broom/dust pan, fantastic wine glass collection but not many regular drinking glasses, no knives for food prep). These things are easy to implement though...
But overall it was sufficient for our stay.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. The home smelled heavily of smoke upon arrival, which was especially concerning as we were traveling with young children. Despite confirming our request for two cribs ahead of time, only one was provided, which made the first night particularly difficult. While the location was convenient and communication was polite, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations or the listing’s standards. We would not stay again.
Located just half a block from La Sagrada Familia Cathedral, this apartment offers great geographic advantages to those visiting Barcelona. But don’t be fooled, just because it is so close to such a popular tourist attraction does not mean the presence of hordes of tourists in your front yard. Somehow the tourists stay in front of the Cathedral and in the park across the street. Ah, a subway station is just a block away where you can connect to any part of the city. The apartment is quiet, bright, very ample, with three comfortable rooms and one very large bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment has a large front open terrace perfect for relaxation and unwinding. If you are a group of 5 or less, I fully recommend the place (the one bathroom makes it tough, although possible, for larger groups despite being able to comfortably house 6 people). Oh, the owner(s) was/were very responsive and on top of things. My only critique is the worn-out state of the furniture, especially the patio furniture. The apartment also needs warmth, something easily accomplished with a few items of decoration. In general, we were very happy with the apartment and the neighborhood. I fully recommend this apartment for your next stay in Barcelona.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien situé, une belle terrasse avec une belle vue sur la Sagrada ! Nous n’avions pas lu qu’il n’y avait pas de chauffage, petit manque de couette en plus dans ce cas là. Mais dans l’ensemble très beau et grand appartement. Merci pour les recommandations des restaurants !
L’appartement est bien situé et bénéficie d’une terrasse très agréable.
Néanmoins l’appartement mériterait d’être rénové. L’intérieur est un peu désuet.
La literie est elle aussi vieillissante et mériterait d’être changée.
Un appartement spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en amis. La double terrasse est idéale pour les beaux jours.
A savoir : serviettes et quelques produits ménager.
Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon und Dachterrasse, von denen man auf die Türme der Sagrada Familia blickt. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Ein Schlafzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. dadurch wurde es nachts kalt. Das Geschirr in der Kirche war etwas verstaubt, einige Basics wie Salz und Pfeffer wären schön gewesen. Aber das sind eher unwichtige Anmerkungen.
