This fantastic apartment in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people. It has an area of 53 m². It is located in the heart of Barcelona!
The property is located 24 m from the Autobus bus station, 150 m from the Supermercado Consum supermarket, 400 m from the Entença metro station (l5), 900 m from the Estacio de Sants train station, 5 km from Playa de la Barceloneta / Playa de la Barceloneta, 14 km from El Prat airport, 103 km from the amusement park / theme park PortAventura World. The house is located in the center of the city.
It has an elevator, iron, internet (wifi), balcony, heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, television. The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
Note that the AC is located in just the living room

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

3-day stay in April

This is a lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Our property manager contact was Benjamin and he was very responsive, he even called to express his sympathies when my phone was stolen in Barcelona. What I didn't like was the extra 30 Euro fee for checking in on the weekend. It was specified on the VRBO posting, but still it does seem a money grab. Also, the deposit has to be paid by a wire transfer which administratively is very expensive at Canadian banks.

Do not trust this place. They tried to tell us we broke the stove top, which we didn’t even use. Accusing us and wanting us to pay for a new stove top we didn’t use. DO NOT trust this place. We are honest people and we would admit if we had anything to do with that. They are scamming people and not trust worthy.
