Wonderful central location. Perfect for walking to most of the main places to see. Friendly staff and very nice buffet breakfast (not free but convenient and delicious).

This was our third time staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, the service and the cleanliness has declined. We have family and friends in Barcelona and visit often. We will be looking for other options for our next trip.
The room was tiny! I didn’t even have room to keep my suitcase open. Also the only window looked into a pit and barely got any light. So it felt like night all the time. Definitely not 150-200 euros a night!

The room you book is a Single Basis and all the the room description are clear and specified, specially the location ( Interior // Backside //courtyard)Concerning the prices, as you know we are in beginning of the season and during the week end we are busy and we don’t have option to upgrade room , single type to double for a single use. And the rate you had is the basic and the market rate for this period.Any way, we regret that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. very good property, overall quiet as you do not get road noise but you can get lots of noise from adjacent rooms, not sure if that is due to poor insulation or air duct

The rooms were very spacious and clean the bathrooms great size plenty of supplies. Good air conditioning, clean, and service was great host and reception. Very friendly and helpful especially Hakeem from Morocco. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to see them again Should I come to Barcelona

The hotel is very traditional and beautiful but I gave a medium rating due to my final encounter. While the front desk was alright I asked the concierge on the evening of the 5th to call me a taxi. He agreed and proceeded to tell me that the taxi he had called had parked round the corner pointing out to a black MPV. He told me to walk up (5-10) mins and that it was for me. I thanked and tipped him but upon walking with my heavy luggage the driver said he was a private hire for the hotel he was parked outside. The concierge there then proceeded to assist me with a taxi and luggage delivering the service the concierge at my hotel should have. As someone in the hotel industry myself this is unacceptable for a concierge to not call a taxi to a hotel entrance furthermore to lie and say he had called a taxi when he hadn’t and accept the tip. It’s one of the core services to a 4star hotel where they’ve failed terribly. Furthermore if the kind concierge from the other hotel hadn’t helped me I would have wasted time looking for one with my luggage and got late for my flight
