My week there was enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious each day. Staff was attentive and the neighborhood was full of local shops and restaurants

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone at the hotel are very attentive. Breakfast is great! Nice view and location! Would stay again for sure!

Breakfast was good but took very long to order and arrive. Over an hour on 2 occasions. We did not use the spa treatment that was included with our rooms. Availability was very limited and they also cancelled the one time we were able to get an appointment.

We've stayed there 7-8 times now. We obviously love it for the great food from both the upstairs and downstairs restaurants, the jacuzzi/ large hot tub (?), and the incredible staff. We've been very blessed to get to know them and enjoy staying here bc of them, an feeling like we are safe staying there.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, me and my friends were able to get rooms together. It felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves. I like that every room is unique and decorated nicely, the bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I really loved this hotel, it looked exactly like the pictures, the roof top pool was great and so was the breakfast. I really felt at home here, I would definitely recommend! Also, the location is close to Provenza and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.
