Close to a Romanesque church dating back to the V Century, the property originates from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse preserving all the original Tuscan traditional characteristics such as the wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Nestled in a green garden, where smell of lavender and roses combine in a unique fragrance, the property belonging to the Fusi family, has been divided in 6 charming holiday apartments with private pool ensuring relaxing vacations in the Chianti area to all its guests. The 6 independent accommodations are located 4 in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, in the main Villa. Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and offers a unique view over the hills of Tuscany. Two of the apartments are completely on the ground floor, while the other four are on two levels. Here you can enjoy a unique holiday in a farmhouse in Tuscany surrounded by nature but also within few kilometres from the town centre to take advantage of all the amenities. ACCOMMODATION: The apartment "La Stalla" is the simple elegance of furniture and decorations recalls the ancient tradition of farmhouses in Tuscany, and the shades of antique rose of accessories and upholstery have been combined with taste to create a welcome environment. The apartment is front pool and it has a nice cover patio with barbecue and private garden with chairs sofa and table at guest disposal. The apartment is divided between 2 floors: on the ground floor there is the built-in fitted kitchen equipped with all household appliances, as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven. Large living room with fireplace, which creates a truly charming atmosphere with its crackling flames. Off the living room there is a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
