Close to a Romanesque church dating back to the V Century, the property originates from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse preserving all the original Tuscan traditional characteristics such as the wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Nestled in a green garden, where smell of lavender and roses combine in a unique fragrance, the property belonging to the Fusi family, has been divided in 6 charming holiday apartments with private pool ensuring relaxing vacations in the Chianti area to all its guests. The 6 independent accommodations are located 4 in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, in the main Villa. Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and offers a unique view over the hills of Tuscany. Two of the apartments are completely on the ground floor, while the other four are on two levels. Here you can enjoy a unique holiday in a farmhouse in Tuscany surrounded by nature but also within few kilometres from the town centre to take advantage of all the amenities. ACCOMMODATION: The apartment "Il Pollaio" is the smallest apartment of the property. It is situated entirely on the ground floor of the house in the central building. Il Pollaio apartment has a lovely view of the swimming pool. It has a private cover patio with table and chairs and barbecue at guest disposal. It is made of an equipped kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom with shower. Warm yellow shades of sunflowers and corn of the fields of Tuscany, decorate the upholstery and accessories of this holiday apartment, resulting in an extremely sunny environment. A quiet accommodation, this apartment hosts two people in the utmost privacy, and is ideal for a peaceful and romantic vacation, or as a starting point for excursions and visits to the Chianti area, for a stay in Tuscany to remember. GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The garden has a carefully maintained well tended lawn with olive groves, flower bushes and rosemary.
