This place is seriously dated to a 1950 Dorm Room in College. For some reason it is rated above eight. I would definitely not do that. The place has a very kept feeling. After looking at the room, we decided we could not stay so we paid more money downtown Florence. We tried to get our money back, but the owner refused and said he’d pay us back. So I paid for a room that I never even kept a pair of socks in. Looked at my bank account. He did not pay the full amount, I’d stay clear!

Dear Mr. Donald,the 1950 Dorm Room in College (as you call it) actually looks like you see it on Expedia and everywhere else online, so you could easily have avoided booking.Above all, there was incorrect behavior on your part because we had agreed with a partial refund of 50% (even though our cancellation policy would have included the total charge for the stay). So we are surprised, after the agreements made, that you anyway left such a review.

The room was equipped with only the bare necessities. Air-conditioning did not work properly in either one of the three rooms. The location was extremely convenient though and staff very helpful and courteous.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and the staff was very friendly. Restaurant also available without the need to reserve which is fantastic as a lot of places to eat were closed due to COVID. However, WiFi was awful, you cannot even connect to the network. The signal was also poor given that you will be in the mountains. So be prepared to be uncontactable living there.

It was a fairly nice hotel. Everyone we encountered who worked there was super nice. We had some train delays and then were further delayed at the airport where we went to rent a car, so the reception person was messaging me back and forth for my ETA, as they stop receiving guests at 10 pm. We barely made it, getting there at 930 pm. But once we arrived, everything went smoothly. The kitchen even cooked us some food, despite the late time. The room was like an apartment. Fully furnished, with a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast had a fee of 8 euros, but I think it was worth it. It was very quiet. There was a pretty pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Pretty location with pretty views. I would stay here again.

The room was large with big windows. The bathroom was tiny and not fresh. Big parking lot and nice area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Country-style living in the heart of Tuscany
Looking for a Tuscan experience central to Florence & Siena, we were advised of the Chianti Village by a nearby resident in Morrocco. What a perfect location for day trips to the two cities mentioned, along with easy access to delightful neighbouring villages of Tavarnelle & San Donato. San Gimignano & a local winery were also easy trips, and the array of restaurants & cafes in the region is a treat. We couldn't have asked for more in trying to have the ultimate Tuscan holiday.

A Wonderful Week in Tuscany
Chianti Village Hotel was wonderful. We had an apartment suite that was perfec for 3 people.The place was spotless, the service excellent and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location about 28 Km South of Florence and just off the autostrade was excellent for exploring the region.

Wonderful Place and People
The room is huge with a good view of the surrounding hills. The room is new and clean and kitchen is well equipped. The staff is extremely, extremely wonderful. Very friendly, conscientious and helpful (they noted of my wife's birthdate on checking in). What made the stay even more memorable is that my wife was presented with a surprise on her birthday, which was during our stay at the resort.

Well located in the Center of Tuscany. Modern facility. We were in the off season in the 2nd week of April. Restaurant had opened and the pool was also closed.

Friendly Staff - Very Helpful
We enjoyed our stay at Chianti Village. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant served excellent gourmet food and wine. The hotel is new, clean, and we enjoyed the pool. It is centrally located to Siena and Florence and easy to reach even though it is in a remote location among vineyards.

Good location in terms of getting to Firenze, Siena, San G. etc. Located next to highway Firenze-Siena. Nothing to do in the neighbourhood though - you will need a car. Hotel quite nice - with nice units. Units need furniture on the patios/balconies - we just removed the table from inside. Do not even bother with the breakfast - only some cereals and cakes are served on a napkin......Daily cleaning and nice pool area. Recommended.

Würde nicht wieder hierher kommen
Das Gebäude sieht von außen gut aus. Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter ist freundlich, aber sparsam mit Informationen über die Umgebung. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber nicht wirklich sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Aber das Badezimmer ist stark veraltet. Ein Duschvorhang, der schmutzig ist und halb herunterhängt, weil dafür dd stein aus der Wand kommt. Auch die Toilettenspülung funktionierte schlecht, die Wandtafel löste sich von der Wand und die Toilette lief weiterhin mit Wasser. Was natürlich kein schöner Klang ist. Habe ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, aber auch hier ging das Bedienfeld gegen die Wand und das Wasser dampfte weiter. Zehn selbst baute aber alles ab, da es schon Abend war und das Wasser abgestellt war. Es handelt sich um ein bekanntes Problem an der Rezeption, da sich viel Kalk im Wasser befindet. Aber als Kunde wartet Ihr huee natürlich nicht auf Sie. Auch kein Rabatt auf den Aufenthalt. Ich würde nicht noch einmal hierher kommen

Personnel accueillant. Vue très sympathique sur la campagne environnante depuis le balcon. Résidence très facile d'accès et proche de l'autoroute, sans pour autant avoir les nuisances du trafic. Logement spacieux mais mal entretenu. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Nombreux cheveux et poussière au sol. Serviettes tâchées. Traces de sang proche du lit, couette sale... Peu de vaisselle pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. Micro-onde et vaisselle pas propre. Assez décevant au vue des photos.

Struttura molto bella e organizzata. A due passi dal volo in mongolfiera. Peccato per il wi-fi praticamente inesistente (giustificato essendo in piena collina) e per la doccia che alternava la temperatura a suo piacimento non concedendoti un momento piacevole.

Great apartments with a fantastic pool area, great for kids as the pool isn’t more than 1.4m deep. Only downside is the non-existing Wi-Fi, which the hotel claims is working.

Gode lejligheder med god beliggenhed
Virkelig nogle fine rummelige lejligheder til familier. Eneste minus er at det mangler lidt køkkenudstyr til madlavningen. Der er pænt og rent og daglig rengøring. Venlig og hjælpsom personale i receptionen. Bilen står gratis på aflåst p-plads. 3 min fra motorvejen men man hører den slet ikke. Fantastisk beliggenhed og med San Gimignano Siena og Firenze inden for kun 1/2 time i bil. Gode restauranter handlemuligheder i byer 5-10 min væk.
