"We had a wonderful stay at this property. 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Payne's Bay. Plenty of room at the property and my husband particularly appreciated the mosquito netting on doors and windows (although we only saw a couple of mosquitoes during our trip). Great to have a washing machine too. Monica, the cleaner, who popped in halfway through our trip was delightful. Would definitely stay again."

Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. "

The ocean is clear; the all inclusive snorkelling, tubing, paddle boarding were fantastic. The food was fabulous; healthy, tasty, so many options. The staff are always accommodating for modifications. Highly recommend the complimentary art tour! "

"Property was gorgeous and villa had wonderful amenities. Road noise was more than I expected but we got used to it. Not a lot of restaurants or bars close by which was disappointing. You needed to take a taxi everywhere. The housekeeper was fantastic. She gave us great tips and was very friendly. Contact with the agents managing the property was not great. It would take several days for responses. Once I never received a response. We really enjoyed the villa. "

"Lorraine is an amazing host. Communication was on point and we truly felt welcome in her beautiful home. The apartment’s location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and in proximity of several restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need to cook and host. It was sparkly clean. There is a lovely garden and parking place for a car. It is located on a quiet road with barely any traffic. We appreciated having AC and room darkening curtains in both bedrooms. For the more noise sensitive, there can be some nighttime barking from the neighbors’ dogs so bring ear plugs."
