This is a split between a hotel, and an apartment building. It's clean enough, and fairly new, but it seems to be targeted toward the Chinese community. Pretty much everything in our room was in Chinese characters, and the only TV channels were set up in Chinese as well. The room construction wasn't complete, to where there was a partially installed power outlet that my toddler got her finger into! Reception staff was kind and courteous, and the price was very reasonable.

In the heart of Phnom Penh and inside a quiet street. Local restaurants and shops nearby, pool and bars on the top level. Breakfast and dining are delicious. This place is great for a couple or a single retreat in the city.

The rooftop was great , on close inspection a little tired but fabulous for looking out over Phnom Penh and lounging by the pool . The bar and restaurant was also on the roof . Always good view plus the breeze up there was refreshing . Very handy to the river side and national museum , plenty of food options around .

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. "Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, ..."
