5/5 Excellent
"One of the best hotels we have experienced. Breathtaking views from the lounge, room and infinity pool. Incredible hospitality from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable and not a sound at night. Special thanks to Carmine, Roberto and Francesco for their excellent service! Outstanding two night stay and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Best place on Capri. "

"Gorgeous property! Great staff, great view. Nice breakfast included. Take advantage of free transportation to their sister hotel in Anacapri with its amazing restaurant- you won’t regret it! There is a bit of a walk to Piazza Vittoria, so it is better if you are able-bodied."

"Quite possibly one of my favorite rooms I've ever stayed in. I was directly in front of castell dell' uovo with a view of Vesuvius mountain and the gorgeous gulfo di Napoli. Stunning photos. The walkway near had everything from restaurants to shopping and so busy with people - great for walking and spending the day!"

"The hotel oozed luxury from moment you stepped in; with its spacious lobby and high end art and furnishings.
Its greatest amenities the rooftop bar and 2 Michelin star restaurant overlooking the Amalfi coast. A back drop of blue Mediterranean waters and mount Vesuvius coupled with fine dining.
The rooms were immaculate with some of my favourite toiletries: Floris.
However, the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff who make the guests feel special and welcome; dealing with any questions, queries or concerns with the utmost professionalism.
We had a lovely stay. "

"What a gem! We were not expecting the wonderful, charming, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. This is the place to stay for a weekend or week on Capri. Centrally located, spotlessly clean, with large, quiet and charming rooms you will not be disappointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and was always available for assistance or advice. It is the oldest running hotel in Capri and when you stay there you understand why. It has that old Europe charm and decor, but is immaculately maintained. The pictures I viewed on Expedia and other sites made it look tacky, dated, and I feared our room and bathroom would be tiny. I was totally wrong. The decor works and our room was about 3 times the size I expected. The bed was perfect, and we not only had a patio, we also had a sitting room and refrigerator.
We also took advantage of a small discount given to guests who use the spa on the ground level and can highly recommend it.
We will be sure to return to Capri, and will definitely return to the Gatto Bianco!"

"Incredible location. Best views of Capri, quiet area year accessible to everywhere. The staff is super nice and there are shuttles every 10 min to the Capri center (you could also walk about 20 min). I highly recommend this hotel. "
