Astounding open sea views to the Gulf of Naples and the Island of Capri. Villa "Due Favole". Beautiful villa with splendid open views to the mediterranean sea, situated in Ischia island, the only place in Europe where you can swim in the sea all year round, even in winter.

    Due Favole: Large, Charming, two storey villa situated at 130 mt. above sea level and is surrounded by tall deep green pine trees. It is very cheerful and extremely panoramic, with astounding open sea views to the Gulf of Naples and Amalfi Coast. The villa has two independent apartments furnished with comfortable modern furniture. The apartments can be rented singly, or together for larger groups.. La Favola sleeps 3+2, and La Favola Suite Sleeps 5 + 4 . The villa is at only 2,5 km from the famous "Maronti Beach" and the renowned hot water springs of Nitrodi. In summer, there is a a public shuttle bus that takes you directly to the beach. The bus stop is at 20 mt from the villa. If you buy a weekly Bus Ticket (Euro 15), you can use all the Island's busses with no limitation for a full week. Therefore, you can forget about driving, and you don't really need to bring your own car. Furthermore, a large supermarket and 2 restaurants are located at 100 mt., and at 50 mt, there is a nice caffé, offering - among other things - the famous Napolitan Coffee and Cappuccino, and succulent fresh croissants.

Very spacious, beautiful view, well equipped, plenty of hot water & towels.

Good location for using buses. Air conditioning great for very hot weather. The road is very busy, particularly noisy in the rear bedrooms. Could do with new cutlery & more wine glasses! A toaster would be useful, another rack for the oven & bigger chopping boards. Domenico is a very helpful & friendly host who responds quickly to questions.

Great Apartment, Great View, Great Host

Domenico Buono is a host who makes you feel welcome and at home from the first minute! Trust his recommendations when it comes to dining out in Fiaiano, you will make some pleasant discoveries. He also supplied us with produce from his own orchard which was very tasty. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is even better than on the pictures. A minor drawback is the road that can be busy at times but this is balanced by the very convenient bus stop almost at the doorstep that comes with it. A supermarket is in easy walking distance and some hiking trails can be accessed from the village. All in all, we would love to come back to Ischia and to La Favola!

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue depuis la terrasse est sans aucun doute le point fort de cet appartement qui de plus était très propre. Domenico nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Je crois qu'il est préférable de louer une voiture pour pouvoir rayonner sur toute l'île sans être tributaire des bus qui peuvent parfois être bondés, mais c'est vrai que nous étions en plein mois d'août.

LA FAVOLA di nome e di fatto .

Niente da obiettare sul comfort e pulizia dell'appartamento; il servizio fornito dal proprietario più che ottimo, sollecito ad ogni ns/ richiesta . Consiglio a chiunque questo immobile soprattutto per la quiete ; l'ubicazione- in generale- è un po' meno indicata per bambini dall'anno di età ai 12 anni. Negativi i servizi offerti dai mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere la casa; Per la spesa supermercato fornitissimo a pochi mt, dall'appartamento .

la casa gode di una vist...

la casa gode di una vista stupenda con una terrazza su cui e possibile cenare avendo davanti l'isola di procida e il golfo di napoli, il paese è vicino sia al centro di ischia che alle spiagge; il signor domenico è stato veramente ospitale
