This special offering includes both Physician’s Loft (second floor) and Physician’s Flat (first floor), giving your party exclusive use of the entire building—6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 office nooks, private laundry, and four off-street parking spaces, a rare find in the heart of Bar Harbor. Originally a beloved local physician’s office, this home has been thoughtfully converted into two separate apartments while maintaining its historic character. The quirky layout reflects its past life: dining rooms in old waiting areas, bedrooms in exam rooms, and even a desk nook where the receptionist once sat. It’s a one-of-a-kind blend of nostalgia, comfort, and functionality. The Loft (Upstairs): This second-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a cozy bunk bed), 1 full bath, and an additional half bath.
