The staff at the inn are very friendly and helpful. And the breakfasts are amazing! We were there for 4 nights and we had a choice to pick from 2 different made to order hot breakfasts every day with fruit. Of course there is cereal, oatmeal, apples, bananas, coffee, orange juice, tea, etc. Plus the location is close to downtown for an easy walk to local restaurants and store shopping. And it's a short drive to all the walking trails at Arcadia National Park. Great place to stay and have fun!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great location. Great staff. Eliza at the front desk, in particular. For an older building it’s not perfect but rating it excellent anyway because it was very enjoyable.

This is a really quaint inn just a short walk to the heart of Main Street and the village green where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The room was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom shower curtain which didn’t stay in place. The lobby area is very cozy with sofas and reading material. Breakfast was personalized. They have two items per day and the food is prepared to order. They also have a variety of baked items that they set out for guests. Overall, great inn, very friendly service and awesome location! I’d definitely stay here again!

An extremely great stay at this property! We were on the top floor and the room was spacious and bed was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from the center of Bar Harbor's shops & restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from the entrance of Acadia (Park Loop & Cadillac Mountain entrance) which was extremely convenient for us and our morning hikes! The breakfast every morning was amazing as well they offer two options and it is cooked to order. Plenty of on site parking too so we could come & go as we please. If we ever go back to Bar Harbor, we will only stay here!

Front desk is only staffed at certain times so if you need anything, you have to call. Thankfully we didn’t. Breakfast is included but one thing to know is they only have 2 hot options to choose from each day. It’s in a great location, was quiet and comfortable. My one suggestion…don’t get a room on the second (main) floor. One room is right at a stairway with a bathroom across the hall that anyone can use and the other is also next to a stairway and the kitchen.

Staff were nice. Air conditioning didn’t work and there was no reading on thermostat. They couldn’t fix late on Labor Day weekend and offered to change rooms, which we did. Food just okay and dining/living room just ok. Not warm and inviting. Game room nice and we did use laundry facilities. Housekeeping team were helpful. The location is great, but we’d want to stay somewhere just a tad nicer if we return.

What an amazing stay we had! Within walking distance to downtown, so we didn't have to mess with parking when we wanted to go downtown! Amazing amenities from a home-cooked breakfast every morning, to freshly baked sweets in the afternoon and a coffee bar 24 hrs a day. All the employees were so kind and helpful! We loved every bit of our time there!

Our room was great. The staff was extremely helpful. Location was within walking distance to the touristy part of town. Best hotel breakfast ever and the sweets in the lobby were delicious!
