Located in a pleasant neighborhood, it benefits from an ideal location close to shops, restaurants, and the sea.  
  
On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living area combining the dining room and kitchen (with a filter coffee maker), with direct access to a terrace and garden perfect for al fresco dining. A pantry and a laundry room complete this practical space.  
  
Upstairs, the house has five comfortable bedrooms, as well as three bathrooms, two separate toilets, a dressing room, a second living room ideal for relaxation, and a balcony with unobstructed views.  
  
An ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, space, and conviviality.
