Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. "This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room.
