### WOODEN CHALET RENTAL IN THE HEART OF NATURE
On the farm meadows apple we offer for rent a new log cabin all wood, natural tone of 45m ² with terrace, contemporary style furniture, comfortable with 2 bedrooms 1 with a bed of 140, the other room 2 beds of 90 , 1 bathroom, with shower and toilet, 1 kitchenette with washing machine, dishwasher, combined oven and living room with sofa bed for 2 persons possibility of putting a child bed in one of the rooms (cot) that we can lend you, as well as a booster). The cottage is planned for 6 beds, bedding and pillows of French manufacture. In the living room a table with 6 chairs. then stools. Table and 6 chairs on the terrace for the outside, electric heating in rooms with heat radiator and reversible air conditioning in the living room, barbeque stone on the ground. The cottage is on the property independent of the other buildings, no building in front, property of 15 hectares, farm with goat breeding and cheese production. The farm is located outside the village you would have the privilege of enjoying a large space in the middle of the nature area natura 2000 ensuring peace and quiet. The property is bordered by the river Couze Chambon fishing river 1st category, it consists of meadows and pailhats (old vines) with low stone walls. For the enjoyment of young and old you can stroll in the middle of the farm and discover the many work done on it: Goat milk treats in the morning and evening, making cheese in the cheese dairy located next to the goat and a few meters from the chalet, our house is not far in case of need. The village of neschers is an old fortified village crossed by the couze chambon with its three bridges, one at the entrance of the village with its two towers, is arranged along the river a fishing site. Neschers has a city to play basketball, a bowling green, a cellar with organic wine from Auvergne. Neschers has 900 inhabitants, we are at 400m altitude with temperate climate the territory of neschers consists of a plateau of arable land with cereal crops and vineyards. Neschers is located between Besse, Clermont Ferrand and Issoire, close to medium and high mountain territories as well as cities. Many activities will be offered to you according to your desires, hiking, biking, swimming in lakes, (Lake Chambon), children's attractions park, local markets, festivals, heritage, visits classified villages, castles, cellars, local products (cheeses , the saint nectary, blue of Auvergne, the cantal ...), paramotor area on 1 hectare in Champeix, possibility of taking courses, rise of the puy de dome with its pancake train, vulcania, archeological sites and others. Sale on the farm of goat cheese, goat's milk soap.

Séjour d'une semaine avec 3 enfants, très bien, le chalet est propre, le cadre est beau, apaisant, tout est pensé pour qu'on y passe un séjour pratique, au top. Les hôtes sont tellement gentils, aux petits soins ça se sent. On peut réserver les yeux fermés.Merci pour tout.

L’hôte est vraiment arrangeante, des petits fromages de chèvre nous ont été offerts ! Dommage nous n’avons pas pu visiter la chevrerie ni voir la traite car nous n’étions pas chaussée comme il faut (boue en période d’hiver). Chalet spacieux et bien équipé.

Un super séjour à la ferme. Nous remercions Christine pour son accueil chaleureux. Le chalet est très bien équipé et sans aucun vis à vis. Lorsque nous prenions nos repas sur la terrasse nous avions la sensation d'être seuls au monde. Cela a vraiment été ressourçant.

Un logement agréable, mais il est visible que ce chalet a déjà qques annees, c'est un logement pour 4 personnes maximum, et non 6 comme également indiqué, car la vaisselle n est que pour 4 , et l espace manque. Pour les visites c est un endroit idéalement situé

Grundsätzlich war unser Aufenthalt o.k.. Wir fanden die Kommunikation etwas schwierig und nicht transparent, dass lag nicht an der Sprache. Das z.B. eine Kaution verlangt wird, wurde uns z.B. erst am Anreisetag per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Die Ausstattung war im Allgemeinen o.k. bis rudimentär, was sicher auch dem Platz geschuldet war, aber es waren z.B. nur 4 Kaffeetassen vorhanden, aber 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Uns wurden erst auf Nachfrage Taps für den Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung gestellt - 2 Stück für 4 Tage. Auch das Toilettenpapier war mit einer Rolle für vier Tage und vier Personen sehr knapp kalkuliert. Das Häuschen ist hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt, insbesondere auch weil der Boden "quietscht". Da wir bereits Erfahrungen mit Holzhütten haben, würden wir als Fazit sagen, dass es für ein kürzen Zeitraum o.k. ist - 14 Tage würden wir persönlich für "spannend" halten, insbesondere wenn schlechtes Wetter ist und man nicht nach außen ausweichen kann.

Invités pour un anniversaire en Auvergne, nous cherchions juste à nous loger, et nous avons trouvé un accueil chaleureux, des fromages de chèvres délicieux, dans un cadre magnifique. Le village est charmant, Christine est une personne très agréable. Le chalet est confortable, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux.

Très bon accueil et super chalet dans la nature. Beaucoup d'activités à faire dans les alentours. Dépaysant et reposant.
