    Description: Majestic views with beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed from Wintergreens R131 (stair access only). This condo is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a loft and sleeps up to 6 people with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and two twins in the loft area. The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with everything that you will need to prepare a meal. The living room is inviting, and guests can curl up on the sofa and enjoy the gas log fireplace while watching their favorite movie or enjoy the mountain view from the windows. There is access to the covered deck from the living room or the primary bedroom. Cook on the electric grill and dine outside or inside at the spacious dining room table.

    Come stay in this condo for much relaxation or venture outside to explore all the High Country has to offer. Please rememeber No Pets (owners exmept) and No Smoking. 4-wheel drive recommended in winter months. 

    Resort Amenities: Amenities in this gated resort include an outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pool with hot tub and an indoor pool and hot tub in the sister community, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

    Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-carts, and gem mining.

Beautiful mountain view, just not of Grandfather mountain

Very nice, clean, upper floor. Property management an easy phone call away. Nice clubhouse outdoor pool with hot tub 1/4 mile away. We didn't have anybody staying in the upstairs loft, but the 2 bedrooms downstairs each had their own bathroom and TV. Outside deck was great for morning coffee or evening dinner. Great place to just hang out on a rainy day. We really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly recommend it to any friends.

This condo was very peaceful - you could sit on the deck, gaze at the panoramic view of the mountains, and listen to the wind chimes. Wonderful! The condo was clean, bed was comfortable and the resort was very well taken care of. The location was nice, being between Blowing Rock, Boone and Banner Elk. There are lots of things to do within a half-hour... if you wanted to actually leave the deck :) It was a great little vacation!

The view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was comfortable and very nicely decorated. We had a blast celebrating my son’s 20th birthday. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would love to stay there again.
