Whether you’re skiing, hiking, checking out waterfalls, or just here for the views - there’s plenty to do nearby, or you can keep it simple and cozy up inside. The living room and bedroom both have long-range mountain views, and the setup’s perfect for watching a movie, playing a game, or just hanging out - everything you need for an easy mountain getaway.

Welcome to The Beech Club our rustic modern Beech Mountain, NC getaway condo.

***Beech Mountain is home to an abundance of wildlife, including deer, turkeys, and even black bears. It’s not uncommon to spot these beautiful creatures wandering through the area, especially near wooded lots and trash bins. While it’s an unforgettable experience to see them in the wild, please observe from a distance and secure all food and garbage to avoid attracting bears.***

Please keep in mind you will need to walk down several stairs to access the unit. (72 stairs) However, the stairs are COMPLETELY worth the LONG RANGE MOUNTAIN VIEWS you will see from the comfort of the living room. There is an access road that you can drive down to unload your vehicle. In the winter, the access road may be closed due to snow.

From the moment you walk into our condo, you will feel at home. We provide everything to make your stay COZY! This property is located exactly 1 mile from skiing at Beech Mountain Resort.

Our condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the top(2nd) floor of the building, situated on a peaceful well maintained gravel road. We have recently updated the entire condo to give it a rustic, modern feel.

Main Level: Entry way with coat rack and shoe storage, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig and all the necessary utensils to make your stay enjoyable, dining room with a circle table with 4 chairs, living room with soaring vaulted ceiling with sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Enjoy your favorite shows, play a game, or read a book.

Upstairs Loft: Bathroom, queen bed, Smart TV, closet with chest of drawers, overlooks the living room and the mountain view beyond!

The elevation at the house is almost 5,000 feet to ensure cool summers and plenty of snow in the winter. The units have heat, but no air conditioner. Ceiling Fans are in the living room and bedroom and an oscillating fan is available.

You will receive an access code for the door lock after booking your stay.

4WD or All WD are required in the winter months. Snow chains are recommended.

If roads are snow covered, please use Village Rd rather than Northridge Rd to arrive at complex.

Note: Cannot park outside the unit, must walk down 72 stairs to access unit. There is an access road that you can drive down to unload your vehicle. Access road may be closed in the winter due to ice and snow. I know it`s a lot, but it feels so invigorating when you breathe in that fresh mountain air and ascend or ...descend those steps!
(Would not be appropriate for anyone with knee or hip problems)

While we are nestled in the mountains, the front of the condo with the beautiful view in the photos is on a main road. While the community is generally very quiet and peaceful, there may be service trucks/work being done on nearby that could cause some noise. Not common, but has been mentioned by guests before for those staying during the week.

We charge a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please message me for payment instructions once your booking is complete.

Please note, our condo does not have A/C, but the cool mountain air and provided fans help keep the space comfortable.

The chimney is sealed, wood fires are not permitted in the fireplace. We have electric logs with a built in heater.

The loft in the bedroom is for owner’s use only. Do not climb up ladder. Any use is at your own risk.

Excessive Cleaning Fee: Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning tasks, but if the property requires extra cleaning due to excessive trash, spills, stains, or any damage beyond normal use, an additional fee of up to $200 may apply.
- Must be at least 25yrs of age to book
- No parties or events allowed. No glitter or confetti.
- No unregistered guests. You will be charged $100 per night for each additional guest not registered with your reservation
- Early Check In or Late Check Out may be available for purchase
- This property is dog friendly! HOWEVER if you plan to bring your furry friend, please contact us to confirm details and you may add your pet to the reservation for $50, for up to two dogs, after booking.
- There are 72 steps required to access the condo from the parking area. This rental is not advised for anyone with hip, knee, or mobility issues that make traversing stairs difficult
- Four Wheel Drive required/chains recommended during winter. No cancelations/refunds due to weather, normal cancelation policies apply
- No illegal substances
- Please observe community quiet hours from 10pm to 8am
- Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No parking on the lower access road, it is for loading and unloading only
- The storage loft in the bedroom is for owner use only. Please stay off the ladder, any use is at your own risk.
- No wood fires in the fireplace, the chimney has been sealed. We have electric logs with heater instead.
-Breaking house rules will result in a $250 fine.
