The connected living room invites you to unwind with comfortable leather seating that surrounds a beautiful stone fireplace and TV. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or gathering with friends and family, this space offers the perfect setting. The primary suite is a tranquil retreat with a king-sized bed, a mounted TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a custom tile shower and a granite vanity. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom, just down the hall has a twin and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. A shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms. Additional Notes: \- This home is pet friendly and only allows up to one Hypoallergenic dog of 15 Lbs or less with a pet rent of $25 per night. Thanks for not requesting exceptions to this limit. \- Sugar's Sunset Vista is plowed in winter but due to the elevation, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
