Petes Alpine Retreat - pet friendly Seven Devils home close to ziplining, snow tubing

Welcome to Pete's Alpine Retreat, a warm and welcoming family home situated in the picturesque town of Seven Devils!

This Cape Cod retreat is comfortably outfitted with granite counters, stainless appliances, a dining table with space for up to 8, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and TV mounted above.

The main level has a king suite with a private bath offering a tub/shower and double vanities. Upstairs are two bedroom wings with a bathroom in the hallway to share. A second king bedroom features a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has four single twin beds and a mountain-themed mural, and is perfectly suited to a group of children or teens.

Pete's Alpine Retreat offers a fabulous yard for families to enjoy. Bring your frisbee, play a game of tag, or just camp out under the beautiful stars!

Centrally located between Sugar Mountain and Boone, Seven Devils offers many hiking trails, tubing, and zip-lining options for those seeking family fun.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
-This home allows up to 2 dogs, max 30lbs each, for an additional rent of $25 pet night per pet plus taxes.
-AWD/4WD and potentially chains are required to access the town of Seven Devils in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly! The driveway is very flat.
-Guests returning to Pete's Alpine Retreat may receive 5% off the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This property has two doorbell style exterior security cameras, one is at the front door, and the other is at the side door. No other cameras are present at the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
