Welcome to Reserve II 9B, a spacious mountain retreat designed for families and friends to gather in comfort. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home-away-from-home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.  
  
The open living room features a cozy fireplace, large windows framing mountain views, and access to the back deck where you’ll find seating and a dining table for meals outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, while the nearby dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.  
  
The oversized primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, private deck access, and a large en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with plenty of natural light, while the loft provides two twin beds and its own bathroom—ideal for kids or extra guests.  
  
Step outside to enjoy sweeping views that stretch from Beech Mountain to Sugar Mountain, with little glimpses of the surrounding golf course, tennis courts, and ski slopes.
