Delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo situated on the 5th floor of Sugar Top

  • This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated on the fifth floor of Sugar Top, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. From the living area, you can enjoy stunning views of Sugar Mountain’s ski slopes and the breathtaking mountain range through the windows, all while relaxing in the cozy seating. The living area also features a large flat-screen smart TV and a wood fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample seating in the dining area. Condo has A/C for the warmer summer months.

    Second Bedroom:
    -Queen-size bed
    -Full bath just outside the hallway

    Step onto the private balcony to bask in the refreshing mountain air and take in the spectacular long-range views.
    For your convenience, this unit includes a washer and dryer and features Wi-Fi access.

    During winter months, a Sugar Bear stop at the gatehouse provides transport to and from the slopes. Sugar Top operates its own shuttle system; please note that the parking shuttle is managed by Sugar Top, and Resort Real Estate and Rentals does not oversee this service.

    Our Sugar Top Condos are non-smoking.
    No pets allowed.
    Check-ins are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
    All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
