"I had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Sydney. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Everything felt updated and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location very convenient for transport, with easy access to the train station and bus stops. There are also many great restaurants and shops nearby, making it an ideal place to stay. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney."

"I stay at this hotel regularly and consistently enjoy my visits. The service and overall experience are usually excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, I wanted to bring a recent dining experience to your attention. On Tuesday evening, I dined with colleagues and ordered the spatchcock. Unfortunately, after taking one bite, it was clear to both myself and my two colleagues that the dish was off. The smell was quite noticeable at the table. I chose not to make a scene, but did discreetly ask a staff member to remove the dish. As the meal was added to my colleague’s bill, I’m unsure whether it was ultimately charged. What stood out most was that there was no follow-up or explanation from the kitchen or staff during or after the meal. This experience won’t affect my decision to return or recommend the hotel, as my stays have otherwise been very positive. I simply wanted to raise this for your awareness."

"Room was nice and clean. Could use a garbage in the kitchen not just the hall closet and bathroom. Also a towel or some other type of hand drying wipes would be good in the kitchen rather than going to bathroom to dry hands. Otherwise the facilities were top notch."

"Super basic accommodation and pretty run down, the room smelt like stale cigarettes however, it's a good location and okay for a night. Aircon was working perfectly and water pressure in the shower was brilliant. Good price, bit dated and in need of a refurb. The staff were wonderful though and very kind! "

"Steam room was closed even though it's advertised on the website Bathroom was tiny and the roof was low and sloped, no good if you're over 5ft Couldn't really stand in the shower for the same reason. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location. Great room service food."
