I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though)

We stayed here because of convenience but they gave us a room in the 2nd floor and no elevator so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was okay for a one night stay.

The serious fault in a modern building was the absence of a lift. Location suited bus and train stations but not the town centre.

Ruhige Lage
