"Loved the hotel and the all the historic touches but my superior room was on the noisy side as it faced Queens Road and oddly the windows on the second floor didn’t lock so allowed a lot of traffic and air con noise into the room. Ask for a museum side.room if you want quieter."
"Room was spotless and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with lots of choice.
Evening menu was a bit limited and some items were unavailable twice during my stay.
My only negative is the fact that bedroom wasn't air conditioned so was very hot during present heatwave.
Communal areas are air conditioned."
