A very nice and new hotel with spacious and modern rooms and one of the best value for money in this area. The owners are super friendly and helped a lot. One problem may be that the road in front of the hotel sees a lot of traffic, and the windows are not insulated. Ask for a room that doesn't face Sukhumvit street, the noise is no problem in those rooms. Tesco and Family Mart are around the corner, as well as massage and laundry shops. A motorbike taxi stand is next to the building, very convenient to reach BTS or EM Quartier mall in a few minutes. We really enjoyed out stay at Zleepmotion. The neighborhood was very convenient to shopping, good restaurants and a friendly vibe. The only negative was that the hotel is located at a busy intersection and there were traffic officers blowing whistles outside our window in the morning and evening during rush hour. The wifi was very good, no English language channels on their cable lineup.
