The team that runs the place is experienced and very professional, and even junior / newer staff staff are well trained. The cleaning team takes great pride in keeping the place very clean, and are cheerful - always a sign of good and kind management. It's an older building but renovated thoughtfully and kept in good order. Rooms are a good size. Among the no-frills options in the heart of the city, this is a really good option and highly recommended.
