The washing machine (in the room the hotel assigned me), which is a washer/dryer combination, is extremely loud and did not dry my clothes. I ran the machine for almost the entire night and morning before checking out of the room, and by check out time my clothes were still wet. After I checked out of this room, two separate hotel staff confirmed that they knew the machine was not operating properly. Despite this knowledge, they put me in this room anyway without informing me of the problem. After I checked out of this room, one of the staff admitted it was the last room of this type available and that's why they put me in this room. Why would a property do this to a customer?
