The good: Staff were all really kind and helpful from checkin to the room cleaners, the room was of a good size, pool was really nice and the roof top too. Close to metro and only 20 min walk to Lumpini Park, some good eating options nearby. Late checkout was possible for 300B extra, but can stay only until 18:00\. Not so good: The quality of the room was pretty bad, cabinets looked kicked, taped together, layers of dirt and use on most surfaces, it was nice maybe 10 years ago but needs to be totally changed. The pool closes way too early at 19:00\. Bed was ok but the sheets were not changed from the last person (which seems to be a Thai thing now too sadly). Reception staff unhelpful: at check-in no info abt pool or spa, 500 baht key deposit, and 500 baht service charge just to arrange taxi. 20 min walk to Lumphini Park station.
