The shuttle didn't work, which they only tell you when you waited for it to leave. The rooms under the pool hear a loud buzz from the pool-pump, all night long. 1000 baht in deposit (which is fine) but in cash (which I think is weird for a 3\* hotel). They also check your room before leaving, which makes check out very very slow. Laundry machines didn't work. My bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, but when I mentioned this nothing was resolved.
