When I called the front desk to let them know, the lady, while a nice women, put me on hold - likely to see what management wanted her to say to me - and returned to conversation to say, "That's our king-sized."... What!?!... There's no such thing as "our" king-sized! There's only king-sized!!... So, while the staff was Thai-friendly, I just can't dig the whole lying thing... "Our king-sized."... What the heck?!... Never lie, Grand Sathorn Hotel!
