Residence location provided easy access to MBK, Siam Square and short taxi ride to Hua Lamphong Station. Room was nice, comfy beds (harder mattress, but I like that!), good room service. Room had a fridge and a safe, small balcony and a great AC unit. Only real downside was the “bum gun” (the bidet hose next to all Thai toilets) was leaking and dripping from a broken part. This meant the toilet floor was always really wet- not great. I’d advise the manager to fix ASAP a it doesn’t leave a good impression for guests to have to compensate for water all over the floor. Other than this the place was great and excellent value.
