The staff is friendly but have almost no English skills. This caused a few issues. I ordered hot tea and was given a beer. When you ask if they understand something, the staff will say they understand even if they don't. The room was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well. My room did not have a good view but it was ok since I was not going to view Bangkok from the hotel. The taxi drivers have a hard time locating this hotel. You need to have a map handy or a GPS of your own to assist. I would still come back to stay at this hotel. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und sauber mit Kaffeecke und Eiskasten, W-Lan, sowie Klimaanlage. Da es anscheinend sehr auf chinesische Busreisen mit meistens nur einer Nacht Aufenthalt angewiesen ist, wird man als Europäer der ein paar Nächte bleibt richtiggehend als VIP behandelt und man freut sich , daß man da ist. 50 m vom Hotel bleiben mehrere Busse und Sammeltaxis stehen, innerhalb von 30-45min ist man öffentlich überall in Bangkok.
