The staff are amazing and location is perfect for walking around the Sukhumvit and Asoke area. Lots of parks in the area and the BTS and MRT Transits are very close by for easy access around the city. Amazing!

The best thing about this property is that it’s right near the train station and very centrally located. However, this also means the location is very noisy and you can definitely hear the train running at all hours of the night and loud motorcycles at all times. If you are sensitive to noise, I would highly recommend to not book this place, we’re at minimum request a room that is facing the back. The room itself was decently nice, particularly the bathroom. That said there was only one window in my room and it faced a wall. Overall, I would stay here again because I didn’t mind the noise and I think the price was very good.

The location is right beside a very latge shopping center and the subway. very very convenient. slight sounds but they did not last long. It must have been a club doing its last 3-5 minute set at about 11pm and wanted to make some noise. but i assure you it wasnt a problem. they gave me water and toilet paper every day. there were no hookers or anything near there. the entrance was clear and nice to see when i returned daily. it was exactly a perfect step above hostel where i had privacy. I would go back there in the future.

The rooms are windowless, and with the BTS running right next to it, it is very noisy, even at night. The room is not spacious, I had about 6 inches on either side of the bed, so when I woke up at night, I had to crawl to the bottom of the bed to go to the bathroom. The location is very close to big malls and Soi Cowboy, and you go past the Marijuana Dispensary to get to the front desk. That said, the girl at the front desk was extremely pleasant.

Poor sound insulation

The staff were polite and kind, but the rooms near the road had very poor sound insulation. You could clearly hear the cars on the road all night until everyone left the street after 2am.

Good hotel has everything you need. Nothing too fancy but worth it for the money. Amazing location, right on a main road but rooms are very quiet. Within walking distance to two main train lines that will get you to all the big attractions.

Room is old and has no natural ventilation (windows) so it does smell musty. Lack a few basic amenities like room slipper, tissue. If you are not sensitive to smell and just need a basic place to put your stuff, have some rest and take a quick shower this place will work.
