The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even though their English is very limited (same as our Thai). The room we stayed in this time was in a little bader shape than the other one, but we were still very, very happy. Moscitos can be very annoying in the evenings outside (bring repellent) , so make sure the door is closed so they don't come in. This time we stayed with friends who had just arrived from Europe. They thought, the rooms are small and not so perfectly clean... It's cheap so you won't get a lot service but the air conditioner ist very good and it's quite comfortable if you don't have too high expectations. It's near the Thewet Pier so you can get easily into the city by taking the Chao Praya Express Boat which is always a little adventure and cheap!
