It is within 30 minutes walking distance to a range of key tourist attractions and importantly Khao San Road with it's eating places and day trip options is only 15 min walking. The hotel is located in a quiet road despite all of this allowing peaceful sleeping. The rooms were very clean and WiFi was super fast. Further more we received a bottle of water per person for every day that we stayed which was an added touch. The decor is a bit austere, but on the other hand the rooms are very spacious, you get a large table to work with and having mini-refrigerator makes a big difference. I chose a room with a balcony - in the mornings I didn't even need aircon.
