Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok. The room was quiet, clean and very cozy. It’s unstaffed the entire time we were there. But overall it was ok. It’s a good location but very noisy with traffic. They provide ear plugs so they are aware of it. There is no one at the front desk. Self check in and out. The room was nice and spacious. The location is ideal if you are using public transportation. I didn’t know when I booked it that staff only at front counter from 11am to 8pm. Otherwise you WhatsApp someone however they responded immediately. Expedia said 24/7 reception which is deceiving. But no fault of hotel. Girl at the front counter was excellent. Next time I would just move up to a 4 or 5 star. Only 1 cleaner appeared in the morning. To enter the premise, we use a password to key in and auto door open. But if someone is smart, he/she can guess the password from the door front's stickers. Room not in good condition, paint on wall and ceiling falling off. When I arrived 1 am. I found out they lock the properly. No one in the hotel. Even security or house keeper. I phoned them from number which showing outside that any problem just phone that number. But nobody answer . Do not stay this place if you want somewhere to stay safe . At night they just leave guest stay on their own . If anything happen. They not gonna help or you cannot contact them . Cheap but not safe. ##### Kasemsant Stayed 1 night in Jan 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 8 May 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### IMMENSE DISAPPOINTMENT We stayed for a total of 6 nights, there was no housekeeping done unless reminded (we reminded twice and only twice the room was cleaned for the long 6 nights). The staffs are not readily available when needed (the counter was left unattended before 8am and after 8pm), this is extremely inconvenient for guests when we need to look for help. After coming back from a full day tour with an exausted body and mind, it makes the days feel worse when we see the uncleaned room late at night and we could not get any assistance by that time. We have pointed out to the staff that no housekeeping was done unless reminded during the second reminder, the staff only apologized but no improvement done, our room was still scattered if there is no special order to the staff to clean the room. The second housekeeping done was incomplete, there left a used towel and no refill of toilet roll given. We expected a more professional service from a sophisticated accomodation (as they claimed to be), however, what we received apparently are no better than a budget hostel. Positiv: Zentrale Lage, nette kleine Restaurants um die Ecke, geräumiges Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage. Matratze gut. Sehr gut vom Flughafen mit ARL und Bahn zu erreichen. Weniger gut: Extrem laut an großer Verkehrsachse, schlecht schallisoliert. Ohne fettes Oropax nicht auszuhalten. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl.
