Staff were wonderful but the property is old and run down and in need of updating. Apartment was bright, roomy and had a balcony. But the street was incredibly noisy and exhaust fumes were the permanent smell in the apartment. Bed comfort was excellent but the bathroom had a bathtub that was a challenge to climb and out of. Wallpaper was old and looked tobacco smoke impregnated and furniture was worn out. Did like the large closets, room safe, kitchen but they need to invest in updating the rooms. We got new towels and fresh water everyday and staff was super helpful and nice to us! On the other hand, there was some dirt and crumbs in the kitchen drawers and dust om the floors. We stayed here for 1 week to start our backpacking journey through South-East Asia because we wanted a big bed to share. Comfy bed with a TV you can use to cast via Wifi and a functional bathroom. None of the stoves in the kitchen did work so we had to eat out or order food from Grab all the time.
