Very clean and organized. The biggest downside was its location, far away from the metro and sky train. However, there were tuk-tuks outside the property that can take you anywhere if you are willing to pay for it. Internet worked well throughout the whole property. The facilities are very clean and the location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the Khao San Road area and an quick tuktuk ride to other sights. The rooms are simple but are decently sized and the bed is comfortable. I stayed in a fan-cooled, no A/C room, though, and that was a mistake on my part. I definitely recommend this property.
