Have been staying at this location for years! It is only rated as a 3star hotel. But there are others in the same street with the same rating. Stayed with them also. But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star. Of course others might disagree. But rooms are spacious Bathroom is with a tub. Breakfast is plentiful and self service Staff is professional and proficient in English. Seems to be in Mandarin also. Looking forward to my next visit.
