I was sadly mistaken! The hotel is a 25 min. cab ride from BKK, fortunately metered cabs are inexpensive in Bangkok. There are no services close by (restaurants, convenience stores)....it seems to be located in the middle of nowhere (have to provide 30 min notice to get a cab). The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but we were able to order french fries & beer from room service, although it did not seem to be a guaranteed option. We stayed for one night before we went Pattaya. Overall good and value for money. Hotel located in very silence area.. so singular female traveler should be careful not to go out. Staffs were very friendly and kind, helpful while we couldn’t find the pick-up driver at the airport, anyhow their response was fast to resolve issue. L'hôtel dispose d'un confort très continental, ce qui est bien agréable après 3 semaines d'hôtels locaux. On vient vous chercher à l'aéroport, et on vous y ramène sans problème si vous veillez à réserver avec cette option. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de restauration et de petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas testé. Vous aurez la wifi dans la chambre et la tv avec satellite, dont Tv 5 monde. As for the hotel ,firstly I found the staff to be extremely professional, polite and efficient. The food that we were served during our stay was exceptionally good and the room that I was assigned was extremely well .
