Wifi speeds were good, room was clean and bed was comfortable, property was well kept, air conditioner worked great and lots of great places in walking distance. Bathroom had no shower curtain ,water was sprayed everywhere.Poor ventilation.Water remained on the floor hours after use and was dangerously slippery. There were some canvas frames on the wall but no thing inside.Also one canvas was fitted upside down. The room cost $45 which by BkK standards should be in the $25 range, if not lower Reasons, it is a not easy 22 walk to the nearest BTS station, including 2 overhead pedestrian crossing, think lots of steps, hard with luggage, ( I had none ); taxis from BTS?
